Carers Week (6 - 12 June 2022)
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a monumental impact on unpaid carers’ lives. They need to be recognised for the difficulties they are experiencing, respected for all they are doing, and provided with information, and given the support they need to care safely.
Add your voice for carers
We want as many people as possible to help us make caring Visible, Valued and Supported by adding their voices to our website. It only takes a moment - and this year, you can also choose to share your caring story too.
Guide to getting involved
Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK. It also helps people who don't think of themselves as having caring responsibilities to identify as carers and access much-needed support.
