Working closely with Kingston’s diverse communities: listening to people and gathering and reporting their experiences of health and social care services.

Through the Healthwatch Kingston Pulse Check programme, we will share people’s experiences of local health and care services commissioners and providers and encourage them to act on what matters to local people. We will also and share these views and experiences with Healthwatch England and the Care Quality Commission.

Healthwatch Kingston's Open Meeting - Cold weather services for vulnerable people (12 December 2024)

Healthwatch Kingston welcomed local people to our December Open Meeting, which focused on cold weather services for vulnerable people and we learned about winter services for rough sleepers.

There was also an update from the All Age Learning Disability Partnership Board and Involve, and from the Autism and ADHD Partnership Board.

Our team provided an update about Healthwatch Kingston's Including Communities and Including Digitally Excluded community engagement reports and recommendations and we concluded with highlights from the project work of Youth Out Loud! (our group of young Healthwatchers).
