Royal Marsden Partnership Community Partners - paid opportunity
Royal Marsden Partnership is currently recruiting four community partners – two from north west London and two from south west London – to help shape and improve services across our geography.
The aim is to ensure that local people are involved in our work and their voices and opinions are heard.
We are looking for people who:
- Live in west London (north west or south west London) OR
- Have lived experience of cancer care in west London OR
- Have been a carer or relative of a person with a lived experience in west London OR
- Are volunteering or working in voluntary or community groups in west London
The role involves attending online governance meetings over a 12-month period, and providing feedback and ideas based on your own experiences. This will help us better understand what matters to people in our local area.
Community partners will receive £30 for attending each governance meeting. We will also provide support and training for this role.
Please note: Applicants must be over 18 years of age; can commit to being involved for 12 months; and are passionate and committed to improving cancer services.
The deadline for applications is Monday 6 November.
Informal interviews will take place on Monday 13 November.
