About this event
Approximately one in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year. Mental Health Awareness Week aims to get people talking about their mental health and reduce the stigma that can stop people from asking for help.
Mind in Kingston have picked up the Coordination role for Time to Change Kingston. Find out more here.

Mental health is like a tree....
About this event
Time to Change Kingston would like to invite you to our art workshop event facilitated by @dorota.chioma.art, our Champion, during which we will explore the analogy of mental health being like a tree and engage in a creative process of making our own representation of it. We will be using recycled materials and reflecting on our own strengths making us resilient to withstand adverse 'weather' conditions affecting mental health.
Join us on this mindful and creative journey. No artistic skills required only a willingness to get a bit messy.
