Time to Change Kingston are running a FREE Social Contact training workshop next Tuesday. It's open to all Time to Change Champions (or anyone interested in becoming a Champion).
If you're doing an event for Time to Talk Day and you'd like some training on how to have conversations about mental health, now is your chance to squeeze some in before the big day!
Social Contact training – This workshop aims to increase your skills, knowledge and confidence in starting a conversation about mental health in everyday life or at an event.
Places are open to any Time to Change Champion (or anyone who is interested in becoming a Champion) from any location. However, if all places are taken then priority will be given to those living in the Royal Borough of Kingston.
If you're a registered Time to Change Champion, we can cover travel expenses up to £15.
